Sessions that have been prepaid and not yet accomplished are eligible for a refund minus any processing fees we incurred. We will not grant refunds for sessions that a refund is being requested for the week of said session. This is not fair to us nor people who could have used your time space. We are reasonable and can be contacted on our contact us page located here.
How to cancel future sessions
Future sessions must be cancelled within 7 days for a refund to be granted. All sessions being cancelled for a refund must be done in writing. No refunds will be granted after a session has begun. No refunds will be granted over the phone.
