Is coaching the same as therapy?

No, coaching and therapy are different areas of expertise. A therapist or counselor is someone who specializes in helping you move past previous hurts, traumas and so on. A coach is someone who guides you from where you are to where you want to be.

Do you work with clients who are in therapy?

Absolutely, however we need to make sure it is alright with your therapist. We have a specific form they need to fill out and get back to us. We will also have to work with them so it may cut into your session amount. We will be upfront and clear with it and help you make the best decision. Some therapists like to talk which could take up time. Told you we are transparent!

Can you guarantee me results?

The only certainties in life are birth, taxes, and death. If anyone can promise you results, they are either crazy or lying to you. We DO however have a great track record of people getting results. Each person is and will be different, we will do our best to guide you however we can not do the work for you. And even if we could, you would miss out on all the positive personal growth aspects such as empowerment!

What is your cancellation policy?

We only ask for common common courtesy, If you know ahead of time that you can’t make it let us know. We don’t have a ridiculous 24 or 48 hour requirement that some others do, but if you know 3 hours ahead of time let us know. If you don’t let us know via email or a phone call (and leave a message if you don’t get us) it would count as a session which stinks because we want you to get results!

Do You Offer Refunds?

We get that life happens. If we do not feel we are a fit for you, we will surely let you know as we are a growing company with limited availability. If you need a refund, ask. If you have received services, you can request a refund on any unused time/texts that will be prorated according to what is remaining on the balance.

If you are on a recurring package, you MUST cancel before the payment goes through. We do not refund our processing fees (we use Stripe).

Also, we do not refund digital products in any amount. This is true for our courses, books, planners, and etc. If you are curious, ask ahead of time!

If we cannot refund you, as we stick to policy, we will work something out for you.
