At the end of the day, we at Guiding Steps Coaching have to, as we believe everyone does, answer to the Lord for all our works. Ethical behavior will never be a question. Our goal is to ask you the right questions, even from different angles if needed, to help you find the best ways to achieve your goals! We will gently hold you accountable because we want to see you accomplish your goals as much as you do! If we have an idea or thought or consideration we will email you if it’s between sessions. Once you have a session with us, you will see that calling us passionate about results is an understatement. Actions speak louder than words. We believe in giving back to local, Massachusetts area, organizations and occasionally causes. We have more than education, and we surely have degrees and certificates, but we have experience which is something you don’t always find unfortunately in the coaching industry.
